Hebei Bolu Zhongding Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. built a flaw detection room, and purchased two industrial X-ray flaw detection machines, which belong to Class II ray devices. One of the flaw detection models is XXGH-3005, tube voltage 300KV, tube current 5MA, in the direction of south, north, up and down irradiation, the other model is XXGH-2505, tube voltage 250KV, tube current 5MA, in the direction of south, north, up and down irradiation. The Environmental Impact Report Form of Industrial X-ray Inspection Equipment Project of Hebei Bolu Zhongding Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. commissioned by the company was approved by Xingtai Ecological Environment Bureau (XingHuanfu [2020]03) in June 2020, and now holds the radiation safety license issued by Xingtai Ecological Environment Bureau on June 28, 2020. The certificate number is JiHuan-fu Certificate [E0361], valid until June 27, 2025, and the type and scope of permission is: Use of Class II radiation devices.
In accordance with the 'Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Radioactive Pollution', 'Regulations on the Management of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects', 'Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects' (Environmental Assessment [2017] No. 4), 'Pollution Impact Category of Technical Guidelines for the acceptance of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects' (Announcement of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment 2018) No. 9) and Hebei Provincial Environmental Protection Department 'Construction project environmental impact assessment document approval and construction units to independently carry out environmental protection facilities acceptance guidelines (Trial)' (JiHuando letter [2017] No. 727) related requirements, Hebei Bolu Zhongding Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. carried out the relevant acceptance investigation, Hebei Zhongxu Inspection and Testing Technology Co., Ltd. was commissioned to carry out the completion acceptance monitoring and issue the test report in June and July 2021. The company plans to complete the Environmental Protection Acceptance Questionnaire for the Project of Industrial X-ray Inspection Device Used by Hebei Bolu Zhongding Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., LTD., according to the site investigation and acceptance test report. On July 25, 2021, the environmental protection acceptance of the project was obtained.
