INTLEF promises: receive customer feedback, give feedback within 8 hours, within 24 hours to give accurate and complete answers. For the need to deal with the problem on the spot, there are local service points, service personnel within 48 hours to arrive at the scene. There are no local service points and technicians will arrive on site quickly (within 72 hours in China and within 5 to 10 days outside China).
