    First of all, President He introduced the situation in which President Lu and his entourage made a special trip abroad to negotiate with customers, and put forward the issues that the company is facing urgently such as funding,R&D and Team Management  Then he briefly described the company's future development plan, international market layout, and the bright future of 'intelligence leading the future of oil and gas.'  President He pointed out: We must pay full attention to the in-depth cooperation and product technology optimization and internationalization suggestions put forward by major foreign customers, strive to coordinate solutions, speak freely, and provide suggestions。

    In the speech, President Lu, President A, President Guo, and President Yan analyzed the key points that need to be improved in terms of production technology, talents, quality control and inspection.  Other leaders also spoke positively, analyzed the status in a realistic manner, and studied future improvement measures.  The leaders agreed that the high standards required by international customers are a good opportunity for us to improve manufacturing technology, build high-end high-quality products, develop in depth in the international market, and push enterprises to a new level of development.  We must resolve to solve key issues in production and technology, and strengthen product quality control and internal management practices.  Production planning must be strengthened, financial management capabilities must be strengthened, financial operation capabilities must be strengthened, marketing capabilities must be strengthened in ordering capabilities, and material quality control and supply management must be strengthened in procurement.
