Zhao Yaohong of Harcan Engineering Co.,Ltd. and Song Wei of INTLEF signed the 'XS22099 Middle East Oil Rig Project Cooperation Agreement' on behalf of both parties.

This time, the smooth signing of the Middle East oil rig project marks the strategic cooperation between the two sides into the substantive implementation stage.
