Recently, 15 sets of well control large-scale equipment produced by INTLEF Oil and Gas Group for the Asian Client have been successfully manufactured and shipped from the BoLu factory in Hebei Province, providing strong support for the development and efficient operation of oil and gas resources in the client's country. This is also one of the largest well control product delivery projects in China so far this year.
The technical standards executed in this project have placed extremely high demands on the performance and quality of the products. During the bidding period, the rigorous standards in the technical documents intimidated many companies. Since the signing of the contract, to complete the production and manufacturing of 15 sets of well control large-scale equipment on time and with high quality, the employees of the BoLu factory have faced challenges with courage and dedication, working overtime and burning the midnight. Many employees gave up the opportunity to spend the Spring Festival and Qingming Festival holidays with their families, insisting on staying on the production line.
The packaging of this batch of products for shipment adopts new standard customized packaging units, which not only reduces costs but also enhances the safety and reliability of goods transportation. When the client visited the site for acceptance, they expressed their admiration, stating that INTLEF was able to complete the entire process of design, production, assembly, and testing within 90 days, which was astonishingly efficient，the rapid response and professional rigor left a deep impression on them, and they look forward to working with INTLEF again.
The HeiBei BoLu factory has been engaged in the manufacturing of well control equipment since 2009. It has been deeply involved in this field for many years, becoming one of the top three well control equipment manufacturers and solution providers in China. The factory is equipped with advanced heat treatment production lines, coating production lines, high-precision CNC machining production lines, and domestically advanced well control rubber sealing product production lines.
It has also developed and produced petroleum machinery rubber sealing products suitable for different working conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, and high hydrogen sulfide content, obtaining thirty-six utility model patents, five invention patents, and two appearance patents.
Currently, product sales cover various parts of the world, with sales and service offices established in China, the United States, Canada, the Middle East, and other places, contributing to local oil and gas development and receiving unanimous praise from customers.
