On 16th May 2024, the 48th IPA Convention & Exhibition 2024 successfully ended. IPA is Indonesia's oldest professional exhibition and conference program, with a larger scale in the Asia-Pacific region and a higher level of exhibitors. Organised by the Indonesian Petroleum Association, IPA attracted more than 200 leading global oil and gas companies, technology suppliers and industry experts from China, the United States, Japan, Norway, Indonesia and so on, with more than 18,000 exhibitors.
As the largest oil producer in Southeast Asia, Indonesia's energy market has always been the focus of many companies. Chinese oil and gas companies in Indonesia's oil exploration, development and production have developed from onshore to shallow and deep sea, from crude oil to natural gas, and from mature areas to new areas of exploration, Indonesia and China's energy complementarity makes the two sides continue to deepen and strengthen cooperation.
